Refund Policy

At PackHypeCollective, we take pride in providing authentic, carefully packaged trading card products. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

✅ All Sales Final on Sealed Products

All sealed products are final sale and non-returnable.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Booster packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

  • Tins, collections, blisters, and any factory-sealed product

Once sealed product leaves our possession, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the risk of tampering.

 

✅ Singles, Slabs & Opened Products

All single cards, graded cards, and opened products are also final sale.

We do our best to accurately describe condition and authenticity. Please review listings carefully before purchasing.

 

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will make it right if:

  • You receive the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrives damaged in transit

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Do not discard the item or packaging until we respond.

 

🚫 We Do Not Offer Refunds or Returns For:

  • Buyer’s remorse or changed mind

  • Pull rates, pack contents, or expected value

  • Opened or tampered products

  • Minor print defects common in trading cards

  • Delays caused by the carrier once the package is marked delivered

 

🔁 Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Any fraudulent claims or chargebacks are documented with shipping confirmation, photos, and packing records. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing refund or return policies.
