PackHypeCollective is committed to fast, secure, and professional shipping. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

 

📦 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

 

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship orders using major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method and cost are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

 

🛡️ Packaging Standards

All orders are packed with care to protect collectible value.

This may include:

  • Sleeves, top loaders, or semi-rigid holders for singles

  • Bubble wrap and protective fill for sealed product

  • Sturdy boxes and padded mailers

High-value orders may require signature confirmation at our discretion.

 

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (including Alaska & Hawaii — additional shipping rates may apply)

International shipping is not available at this time unless explicitly stated.

 

⏱️ Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

PackHypeCollective is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not immediately located

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is outside our control.

 

📬 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

 

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of:

    • The item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

🚫 Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

  • Theft after confirmed delivery
